Meet The Team

Paul has captained the Mather Estates ship since he set up the company in 1990. Originally co-owned with an old friend and branded Mather Marshall his goal was to create a personable approach to high street agency keeping the client as the focus. For 36 years Paul has surrounded himself with a strong team instilling his knowledge and personal commitment to the industry and his clients. In the rare moments Paul has spare time he enjoys watching live sports, playing golf around the country, and travelling with those that are close to him.

Duncan has been in agency covering the local area since 1992. Over the years he has become well versed in all aspects of the property industry, enabling him to provide advice on everything from selling and letting, to investing and developing. and is always keen to share his local knowledge and expertise. He has a passion for architecture and sport, if these aren’t keeping him busy, you will generally find him out and about with his family and/or French Bulldog “Biggs”.

Overseeing the Stevenage Office, both Sales and Lettings, Angela has an abundance of knowledge and experience across the board having worked with starts ups, the first ever online agency, the UKs largest corporate network and most recently the UKs fastest growing corporate. She chose to leave this all behind to work for our well established independent. Her continuous encouragement and positivity motivate the team to always be two steps ahead of our competitors. In her spare time Angela is an avid reader who enjoys the gym and reaps the blessings of being a Nana.

 With a number of  years of estate agency experience, Sam has improved his skills and knowledge while working for an independent agent in Hertfordshire. His commitment to providing exceptional service is reflected in his friendly and approachable manner, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their property journey. Sam is skilled in world of Social media,  and uses this to enhance the marketing of all our properties . Beyond the office, Sam is passionate about sports and loves exploring new destinations through travel.

Although new to the industry Sam is full of amazing potential equipped with a business management degree from Liverpool University. He has joined the Hatfield team working in both Sales and Lettings, eager to get stuck in. In his own time Sam is also a “foodie”, enjoys watching sport and socialising.

With prior experience in property, Jake is dedicated to providing a professional and straightforward service. Committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible, with honest advice every step of the way. Outside of work, Jake has a strong passion for cars and enjoys keeping up with the latest in the automotive world, as well as being a keen football fan who enjoys watching Arsenal whenever possible.

Emilee is our very own all-rounder with over 8 years of experience in the industry, starting as an admin assistant she has climbed the ranks and is now our well-versed property manager. She is a ray of sunshine in the office with an infectious positive attitude. Outside of work Emilee enjoys travelling and exploring new places with her puppy Mabel.

Hannah has been in the property management industry for over 10 years and has added a fresh bubbly personality to the team. She manages to balance home life with her young son and work days extremely well, offering an understanding ear to those families having to deal with the stress of moving.

Though Jordan is very new to real estate he comes from a family of estates agents, which is where his passion and motivation comes from. Jordan is an avid traveller and  he loves to explore new places and experience their culture and food. Jordan spends most of  his free time in the gym or socialising with close friends.

Victoria assists with the day to day running of the Lettings Department. A lady of many hats – from registering Tenants interest, to assisting with viewings and property management, a true all-rounder. On the weekends Victoria loves a good theatre show and is a real “foodie”.

Hayleys bubbly and helpful nature brings a joy to the Mather Estates team. She is responsible for everything pre tenancy. This includes marketing your property to its best potential. Conducting viewings and helping you choose your Tenant. Outside of work Hayley loves to sing with her local choir and is keen festival goer.
